Dante Cullari – Founder and CEO Sound Recording and Video

engineer, Independent Artist, Producer, Poet, Writer/Blogger,

Developer, UX Specialist, Business Strategist and Graphic

Designer, Dante’s first web-based music venture,

MusicWithoutLabels.com went live in 2009 as a platform to

engage independent artists and fans, to discuss and support

the development of the music industry, and to gain allies for

the Beat-Play project. Since then, Music Without Labels has

grown into a global online music publication that has helped

countless independent artists with free promotion. Dante

has created a vast global community of support for the

independent music scene, and he is dedicated to empowering

artists to be in complete control of their careers, from start

to finish. Dante believes that Beat-Play can bring about a

sustainable music industry for everyone.

Boris Mosesyan – Director of Graphic Design Boris has worked

very closely with Dante and the marketing team in the development

of all Beat-Play marketing and design elements, including the Beat-Play

Magazine and various artist promotions. Boris has been here from the

start, and he continues to take his creativity to the next level in order to

offer Beat-Play users a unique and refreshing experience.

Mark Valente – Chief Operating Officer Mark brings his

expertise to bear in managing social network initiatives,

business development, and company strategies for Beat-Play.

Mark is known as the social guru, with countless hours

of dedicated research and development to help the team

grow.

David Botero – Director of Marketing Dave has 13 years

experience in media, ad sales and pr. His primary areas of focus for

Beat-Play are the direction of all media relations and

marketing strategies, as well as being an advertising

consultant. He was formerly the HMFIC (Head Mother

F**ker In Charge) at a Livid, a creative Gonzo Ad Agency,

and now works with Beat-Play full time to help spread the

word of independent empowerment.

James Iles – Director of Artist Relations Jimmy has extensive

experience in project direction and coordination, and

years of sales and marketing experience. He works primarily

with our social networking staff and talented Beat-Play

Ambassadors to facilitate brand awareness and cultivate

relationships with the artists themselves through direct

outreach and free promotion. Jimmy currently oversees our

Beat-Play Ambassador program consisting of independent

journalists and photographers around the country and the

world, helping to extend the spread of Beat-Play. Jimmy

has also become our premier photographer, earning places

in “the pits” for some of the biggest artists in the

country.

Kian Bardikalaie – Artist Relations & Event Manager – San Diego

Kian uses his amazing social and management skills to build

relationships with artists and venues from all over the world,

and connect them with corresponding Beat-Play

ambassadors for promotion opportunities. Kian also manages events and artist/venue

relations locally in San Diego and frequently attends shows promoting acts, bringing along

professional photographers to offer artists free and personal promotion.

Kathi Cullari – Senior Business Advisor Member of the Board

of Directors. Kathi is a co-founder of Beat-Play and the founder and

CEO of Cullari Communications Group (CCG), a global public relations firm

working primarily with pharmaceutical and biotechnology

companies. CCG opened their London office in 2008.

She brings her strategic and tactical business expertise to

the table to support the further development of Beat-Play.

Dan Lineaweaver – Chief Technology Officer President of

Skyward Thought, LLC, a web and software development

company out of Pa, Dan has a track record of success in

creative technical positions requiring a high level of skill

and abstract thinking. Dan has an intimate knowledge of

advanced software development, with special focus on web

technologies, and has worked on many different hardware

and software platforms throughout his life.

 

Dan is Beat-Play’s Senior Development Coordinator and CTO,

managing a small team of Beat-Play dedicated developers.

Nancy Antrobus – Director of Communications Nancy is an

award-winning journalist who brings over 20 years of

experience to Beat-Play. While at NBC's Boston affiliate,

WHDH, she drove all station investigations and coverage of

all major events. Nancy contributes greatly to all of our

traditional media and communications efforts.
