The cool thing about the internet is its so new, that regulating it is really hard for people to do, because you can try to make up rules, but as soon as you do the technology changes and so do the definitions. It isn't as illegal, and eventually it wont be illegal at all. In fact I see everybody getting their tv and movies for free, while the people who put in the work get paid off of advertising. The internet is a beautiful thing. It has solutions to ALL of our problems if we look deep enough.
